Hydromel de bleuet is made from the composition of fine wild honey and wild blueberries from Gaspésie in Quebec. The resulting blueberry juice is added in the first few days of fermentation at controlled temperatures. Fermentation takes approximately one month. This creates subtle delicate aromas of honey and wild blueberries. The Hydromel de bleuet is ideal as an aperitif with smoked salmon, cheese or raclette or as a digestif for desserts.
