Sortilège whiskey is made from 100% Canadian grains and distilled to the highest standards. The mash is made from rye grain and refined with corn, yeast is added for fermentation, as with any whiskey production, and the distillation is carried out using the fuel column process (column still). It takes at least 36 months (3 years) to mature in handpicked 200 l white oak barrels to ensure exceptional softness. Finally, the whiskey is refined with the finest maple syrup.
