The word “Radoune” comes from the form “Au-Ras-des-Dunes” and translates as “between the dunes.” Radoune is the name of the area between two mountains where gin mushrooms grow from the rich Gaspé soils. It is located more precisely on the Morris River between Fox River and Gaspé in Quebec, Canada.
This gin is made from four different types of wild mushrooms (chanterelle, trumpet chanterelle, honey mushroom and candy cap) and is aged in corn whiskey barrels for 15 months.
Best enjoyed on its own or on ice.
