The Exclamation Cabernet Sauvignon shows aromas of black cherry, blackberry jam and strawberry jam, accompanied by ginger, licorice, juniper and cedarwood, as well as subtle aromas of dark chocolate and vanilla. The palate reflects the nose, with ripe blackberry and blueberry notes. The acid is delicate and well integrated, the tannin is very supple. A typical Niagara cabernet, elegant and with a good drinking flow.
