The Hydromel de poire was produced in the traditional way for a year. It gives off scents of honey, pears and caramel. It is characterized by its aromatic complexity and full-bodied texture. It is ideal as an aperitif with cheese, foie gras, smoked ham or as a digestif with bitter chocolate or fruit dessert such as tarte tatin.
