The Pillitteri Cabernet Franc gives off a wonderful scent of ripe wild berries and blood plums with hints of licorice and notes of cigar and flint. The palate is strong and lush with aromas of ripe raspberries and plums, paired with black pepper spiciness and a light vanilla character. The tannin is wonderfully aged and supple, an elegant cabernet with a long, animating finish.
