Ingredients
250 ml water
350 g sugar
500 g cultivated blueberries, frozen
1 tbsp lemon juice
200 g freshly cultivated blueberries
mint leaves
lemon zest
Preparation
Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan, add the sugar and, stirring, completely dissolve it.
Blend the blueberries, half of the sugar syrup and the lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
Season the fruit puree with more syrup, depending on your taste.
Finally, pour the puree into a container or mold and freeze until it is half frozen (approx. 2 — 3 hours).
To serve, make balls with an ice cream scoop or with a tablespoon, serve with fresh blueberries and garnish with mint and lemon zest.
