On the nose of EastDell Gamay Noir, you can immediately notice the delicate fruity and spicy aromas of black cherry, currant, black peppercorns and cinnamon. On the palate, it is relatively light and fresh, with pleasant acidity and a very soft tannin. It is recommended to serve it slightly chilled.
