The Lakeview Cabernet Franc Icewine has rich aromas of strawberries, cranberries and cherries. On the palate, there are also deeper, more complex peppery aromas, which balance the sweetness wonderfully. It also has a fine, fresh acidity and a long finish. The wine should ideally be served slightly chilled, at around 12 degrees Celsius.
