Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and water together in a medium bowl.
Add the bread cubes and turn them in the sweet mixture until they are completely covered. Spread out the cubes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, mix the yoghurt with the maple syrup in a second bowl.
Remove the croutons from the oven, let them cool and break the baked croutons apart.
Pour a few berries into 4 dessert glasses, cover with a layer of yoghurt and place the croutons on top, continue to layer with berries, yoghurt and croutons.
