Scallops with Ice Cider

Ingredients

  • 30 g butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 g scallops
  • 75 g shallots, finely sliced
  • salt
  • 100 ml ice cider
  • pepper
  • 4 large lettuce leaves

Preparation

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan and sauté the scallops with the shallots.
  2. Add salt and deglaze with ice cider. Cover and finish cooking for a few minutes.
  3. Arrange on lettuce leaves and season with freshly ground pepper.
