Cranberry Butter

Tip:

Cranberry butter not only goes well with various meat dishes, it also tastes delicious with toasted white bread.

Ingredients

  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 90 g dried cranberries
  • 125 g salted butter
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar

Preparation

  1. Bring the orange juice to a boil in a small pot. Add the cranberries and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  2. Drain the cranberries through a sieve and chop them into small pieces.
  3. Using a hand mixer, knead the cranberries, butter and powdered sugar thoroughly.
  4. Place the cranberry butter in a bowl or tin with a lid and refrigerate.
