Wild North Grapefruit Sour
Ingredients
- 4,5 cl Wild North whisky
- 3 cl freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1.5 cl sugar syrup
- 1 fresh egg white (optional)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 strip of grapefruit peel
Preparation
- Add Wild North whisky, grapefruit juice, sugar syrup, and egg white to a shaker filled with ice and shake thoroughly.
- Strain everything into a whisky glass filled with ice cubes.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the top and garnish with the grapefruit peel.
