Preheat the oven to 160°C. Cut chocolate into pieces and place in a bowl with the butter. Melt in a hot water bath, stirring from time to time. Let it cool down a bit.
Separate the eggs. Beat egg yolks with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Mix in the chocolate mass and whipped cream.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff, add them to the chocolate mass, sift over the flour and fold in.
Line a flat, rectangular fireproof dish (approx. 15 x 15 cm) with baking paper. Pour in the dough. Bake on the middle rack for approx. 40 — 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, put the blueberries in a pot with the liquid. Stir in cinnamon and bring to a boil.
Mix starch with a little cold water, add to the blueberries and bring to a boil again while stirring. Let the sauce cool down, stirring from time to time.
Remove the chocolate cookies from the oven, let them cool down a bit and turn them out of the pan. Cut into 6 cubes and dust with cocoa.
Arrange the chocolate dominos together with the blueberry sauce on plates and sprinkle with pink pepperberries.
