In the meantime, roast the almond sticks in a coated pan without fat, transfer them to a plate and let them cool down. Then roast the oats as well and let them cool down on a plate.
Quarter apples, remove the core and cut them into wedges. Mix cornflakes and roasted oats, divide into 4 cereal bowls and add 125 ml of milk each. Arrange blueberries, apple slices and quark/yogurt on top.
Sprinkle toasted almond sticks over the top and serve.
