Blueberry Granola

  • 300 g wild blueberries (frozen)
  • 2 tbsp almond sticks
  • 100 g oats
  • 2 apples
  • 120 g cornflakes
  • 500 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 4 tbsp quark (20% fat) or full-fat Greek yogurt

Preparation

Preparation

  1. Thaw the blueberries in a shallow dish.
  2. In the meantime, roast the almond sticks in a coated pan without fat, transfer them to a plate and let them cool down. Then roast the oats as well and let them cool down on a plate.
  3. Quarter apples, remove the core and cut them into wedges. Mix cornflakes and roasted oats, divide into 4 cereal bowls and add 125 ml of milk each. Arrange blueberries, apple slices and quark/yogurt on top.
  4. Sprinkle toasted almond sticks over the top and serve.
