Blueberry Cranberry Breakfast Shake

Tip:

The frozen fruits make this shake a delicious refreshment on hot days. If you like it a bit thicker than a smoothie, use yogurt instead of a yogurt drink.

Ingredients

  • 375 ml cranberry-raspberry yogurt drink (finished product)
  • 375 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 350 g blueberries, frozen
  • 30 g ground flaxseed
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 5 fresh mint leaves

Preparation

  1. Put the yogurt drink, milk and blueberries in a blender and blend briefly.
  2. Add ground flaxseeds, honey, and fresh mint leaves. Blend again for 1 - 2 minutes.
  3. Divide the shake into 4 glasses and serve garnished with mint.
