Oliméga Signé caméline virgin camelina oil is a light, noble oil obtained by pressing ripe seeds of the camelina plant (Camelina sativa). It gives your dishes a soft taste that is reminiscent of asparagus and herbs with notes of sesame and hazelnuts. As it is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E, it is the perfect substitute for olive oil and avocado oil.
